Our aim is to instil key behaviours in our players (honesty, commitment, accountability, respect, work ethic, creativity and a receptiveness to learning) which is supported through coaching, fixtures, performance analysis and feedback.
Our success is measured by our players setting high standards for themselves and their peers, performing to the best of their ability and recognising the learning outcomes from all situations.
By adopting this ethos we are preparing players for higher levels of football and we offer a clear pathway into Professional football clubs (50+ players signed at clubs like Southampton, West Brom, Stoke, Reading, QPR, Swindon, Oxford), Semi-professional football, our Football &Education academies and University Scholarship football.
